The permanent office is based in Downton, Wiltshire and our standard office hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside these office hours we continue to use the same land line number and there is always someone available to answer the phone, which means our phone never goes to an answering machine.

The office team is always happy to answer any questions you may have surrounding our care services, whether you are an existing service user, are looking into arranging care or simply have a general enquiry.
