The Office Team

The office team is responsible for ensuring that the agency operates within national standards and that a high level of customer service is always maintained. The office team will initially set up all care packages and organise the time that care workers will visit. In addition to this, the office team is responsible for communication and liaison between care workers, service users and other health care professionals and in emergency situations they will ensure that the appropriate people are kept informed.
