Investors in People

In August 2006, Enterprise Care was accredited with the Investors in People award. The Investors in People Standard provides a framework designed to help businesses to improve performance and competitiveness. It does this by encouraging the communication of business objectives and goals, and by promoting effective development and training for people to achieve these objectives. Gaining the Investors in People status shows that we are dedicated to improving not only the way we work and the working environment as a whole, but it also recognises our efforts to provide an effective training and evaluation system.
