NVQ Level 2 in Care
Enterprise Care encourages all our care workers to complete an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 2 in Care. Most of our care workers have already achieved this and all new care workers are expected to take up the opportunity.

All personnel must complete a satisfactory Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check before commencing work.
