Our personnel have a wide range of qualifications. All staff must initially follow a comprehensive 4 day induction programme, then as they develop they must also complete and renew mandatory courses in the following areas:

• Hoist Training.
• Health & Safety
• Manual/Client Handling
• Food Hygiene
• Basic First Aid
• Infection Control
• Managing Violence & Aggression
• Abuse Awareness
• Dementia Awareness
