Requests for care can arrive from social service departments, hospitals, and the general public or directly from a service user; below are some of the ways requests are received.
- When social services departments or hospitals are involved with setting up a care package, they carry out a needs assessment to establish a service user's care requirements. Enterprise Care are then approached to see whether we are able to carry out the care package required.
- When a member of the public on behalf of a new service user, or a prospective service user, contacts Enterprise Care we make an appointment to visit the service user in their own home to carry out our assessments as set out below.
